• Brand content you provide: descriptions, website or app store links, documents, images and generated content.
• Connected social accounts: account identifiers and access tokens you authorise. Tokens are stored encrypted and used only to publish and read metrics for content you approve.
• Billing data: plan and payment status. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card or bank details.
• Usage data: logs, device and browser information needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use it

• To provide the Service: generate, schedule and publish content on your instruction.
• To send transactional emails such as verification, approvals and billing notices.
• To secure, maintain and improve the Service.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data.

AI processing

Content generation uses third-party AI providers (for example Anthropic, Google, OpenAI and Sarvam AI). We send them only the brand information and instructions needed to produce your content. If you connect your own AI provider key, that provider's terms also apply.

Social platforms

When you connect Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X or YouTube, we use the permissions you grant only to publish content you approve and to read performance metrics. You can disconnect an account at any time, which stops access and deletes the stored token.

Sharing

We share data with service providers that help us run the Service (hosting in India, email delivery, payments, AI providers) under contracts that require them to protect it, and when required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while your account is active. You can delete your account or request deletion by emailing support@showcasemyapps.com; we delete or anonymise data within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, billing records).

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and withdraw consent, by writing to us. You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Social tokens and API keys are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to what is needed to operate the Service.

Cookies

We use only cookies and local storage needed for sign-in and core functionality.
